AIR RAID ALERT PROCEDURE• In the event of an air raid alert, the exhibition will temporarily suspend its operation until the all-clear signal is announced.• Visitors must leave the exhibition area and proceed to the shelter located at Pavilion 1 (Entrances 1A and 1C) and Pavilion 3 (Entrance 3C) of the IEC (please follow the signs).• The exhibition will resume operation 15 minutes after the all-clear signal is announced.
GENERAL RULES• The Event Organiser reserves the right to deny admission to a visitor:– if the ticket has already been used for entry;– if the name on the ticket does not match the visitor’s official identification documents;– in case of violation of these Visitor Rules;– to children under 14 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.• The Event Organiser shall not be responsible for counterfeit tickets purchased from unauthorized sources.• Purchased admission tickets are non-refundable.• Upon leaving the exhibition hall, visitors must scan their tickets at the exit.
VISITORS HAVE THE RIGHT TO:• Enter the exhibition premises using valid tickets, electronic badges, or accreditation documents granting admission.• Use all services provided by the organisers and the exhibition center administration, including the cloakroom, storage facilities, cafés, and restrooms.• Take photographs and videos only with the permission of exhibitors and the Event Organiser.
VISITORS ARE OBLIGED TO:• Treat the facilities, equipment, and other property of the organizer, exhibitors, and exhibition center with care.• Comply with lawful instructions and requests issued by the organiser, administration, security personnel, police, and other persons responsible for maintaining public order and fire safety.• Respect other visitors, exhibitors, service personnel, and officials responsible for maintaining public order and safety during the event.• Refrain from any actions that may endanger others or create emergency situations.• Not leave young children unattended.• Follow organized evacuation procedures from the exhibition pavilions during an air raid alert and at the end of the event when instructed by the organizer.• In the event of an evacuation announcement, follow the instructions of the organizer, administration, and law enforcement officers without causing panic.• Take proper care of personal belongings. The Organiser shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of visitors’ personal belongings.
VISITORS ARE PROHIBITED FROM:• Entering the event without a valid ticket or other admission document.• Bringing firearms, cold weapons, flammable, explosive, toxic, narcotic substances, alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages, beverages in glass containers, oversized items, sports equipment, baby strollers, or bicycles onto the premises.• Obstructing the movement of event participants and visitors.• Using roller skates, scooters, segways, or similar devices within the exhibition area.• Conducting trade activities or distributing products, advertising materials, or other informational materials without the Organizer’s permission.• Collecting charitable donations without the Organiser’s permission.• Conducting visitor surveys outside exhibitors’ stands.• Remaining on the exhibition center premises outside exhibition opening hours.• Bringing in or removing oversized items during exhibition hours without a special permit issued by the Organising Committee. Such permits are provided by the company that sold the goods.• Leaving personal belongings in the cloakroom or storage facilities after their operating hours. The Organiser shall not be responsible for personal belongings left behind.
